Our small community gym has fully adaptable equipment and experienced staff who can offer a 1-2-1 'Supported Gym' session. This is a tailored exercise program to help anyone achieve their goals, whether this is for weight management, improved mobility, strength & balance or to basically improve their physical and mental wellbeing.

Our qualified instructors will work with you to provide a structured workout which you can use on each visit to our gym facility, this ensures you get the maximum benefit without the costs of arranging a personal trainer. Staff will always be on hand to offer support, guidance and encouragement to ensure you can get the most out of each and every visit.
