Falling On Your Feet is a dance and health programme aiming to reduce risk of falls and social isolation

Dance and Socialise whilst making friends, getting fit and having fun with other people over 65.

Dance can help:

  • Increase strength and improve balance.

  • Improve flexibility.

  • Keep your heart healthy.

  • Reduce stress.

  • Boost memory.

Sessions held every Monday between 10.30am and 12.00pm at Meadow Well Connected.

Sessions cost £3.00 per person.

Places must be registered in advance.
