Wing delivers our Pushing the possibilities outdoor programme for people aged over 55.

Pushing Possibilities gives you the chance to have fun, learn new skills, develop more self-confidence, meet new people and lead a healthier and fulfilling life.

This years programme will begin in JULY 2017 and courses are FREE

Activities and skills include:-

  • Map reading

  • Hill walking

  • Canoeing

  • Rock climbing

  • Abseiling

  • Mountain biking and

  • Forest schooling.

Please note there is a Maximum of 8 people per course.

Wing offers three and half outdoor activity days. All outdoor equipment is provided as is minibus transport from a centre location and instruction. Days start at 9.30 am to 5.30 pm.
