Adventure Therapy is a unique combination of adventure activities and therapeutic psychological coaching.

Adventure - We use the outdoors and outdoor activities as a tool to challenge and increase growth mindset, confidence, resilience and self-esteem. By stepping out of your comfort zone you grow into a stronger you, both physically, mentally and socially.

Therapy - To teach Therapeutic Psychological techniques to develop coping strategies to deal with the stresses of everyday life. Mindfulness meditation training to create headspace, calm down racing thoughts, check out of worry and rumination and increase mental and spiritual wellbeing.

Our aim is to bring people together in an environment where they feel a sense of belonging, in nature, supporting their physical and mental health. Participants will join a community of like-minded people, foster friendships and learn strategies to cope with everyday life stressors. Participants will focus on the moment and task in hand and create room for a change in mindset and perception of oneself and the world. Adventure Therapy is a natural prescriber to improved wellbeing.
